Hi, I’m Cat!

I’m a Yoga Teacher & Wellness Consultant. I am so happy you’re here.

For most of my life, “healthy” was what I looked like - not what I felt like. And although I thought I was ‘healthy’, I was actually neglecting many parts of my Self; my physical, emotional, and spiritual Self were extremely malnourished.

At that point in my journey, I had no idea what “feeling healthy” truly meant to me - what it truly felt like in my body to be healthy.

Yoga, meditation, holistic nutrition, and a variety of mindfulness practices have led me back to Self…over and over again. These are the tools that have proven time & time again to cultivate strength, harmony, and sustainable transformation in my life.

I believe these are the ingredients (when consumed intentionally & consistently) that nurture a lasting, deep, & transformational Self love.

These tools changed my life & I can’t help but share them with others - with you.

I’m on a mission to empower us to heal, transform our relationship with Self, and ultimately,

remember the Truth of what we are - infinite.
